How long does an install take?
Most residential yards are done in 1–2 days. Bigger properties (half-acre and up) can run 2–3 days. We always tell you the exact number when we hand you the quote.
Do I need to be home for the estimate or install?
For the estimate, you don't have to be home — but we'd love it if you were. Walking the yard together lets us ask about your priorities, show you exactly where heads will go, and check water pressure at the spigot with you. For the install, you don't need to be there the whole time, just available to point us to the water source and let us in for the controller.
What if I already have a sprinkler system?
We work on existing systems too. Repairs, head replacements, controller upgrades, leak diagnostics, valve work, and full retrofits are all on the menu. Bring us anything — even systems other companies installed.
Do you pull permits and handle utility locates?
Before we dig, we ask you to call 811 (the free national utility-locate line) so the public utilities come out and mark your gas, power, water, and comm lines. On our end, we also reach out to Avista and other local utilities directly to coordinate. Spokane-area sprinkler installs typically don't require a permit; if your jurisdiction needs one, we'll flag it in your quote.
What does the cash discount actually save me?
Paying cash on install day skips card processing fees and saves us office time, so we pass that straight to you as a discount on the total. The exact amount depends on the size of the job — we'll show it on your quote when you book.
